The Vendor is required to provide commercial real estate transactions, utility easements, land use matters, and municipal law to provide legal services related to the proposed sale and/or conveyance of property interests located on the college.
- Review and analyze the Letter of Intent and transaction documents; negotiate purchase and sale agreements, easements, and access agreements; review title, surveys, environmental reports, zoning and land use issues; provide negotiation support; prepare and review closing documents; and assist through closing of the transaction.
- The County seeks independent legal counsel with expertise in complex real estate transactions involving governmental entities and utility companies.
