The Vendor is required to provide workers compensation attorney to represent a claimant in a workers compensation appeal before the agency.
- The claimant has appealed Department orders rejecting three claims and an order setting her wage rate in an accepted claim.
- Maintain professional liability insurance with minimum coverage limits of not less than $200,000 per claim and $500,000 in aggregate liability.
