Consulting and Implementation of Safety Strategies Services

The vendor is required to provide enhancement and regulatory compliance across various domains, including but not limited to, quality and patient safety.
- Assistance with implementation and project management concerning prioritized performance improvement opportunities, CMS patient safety requirements, and enhancements to our culture of safety environment.
- Develop detailed implementation plans by opportunity, including required personnel/resourcing, timing, accountabilities, and dependencies.
- Provide targeted staff augmentation for project management support and/or subject matter expertise to achieve performance improvement in priority areas.
- The electronic development of the educational content that will be uploaded to our LMS system.
- Contract Period/Term: 5 years
