Business Consulting Services

The vendor is required to provide foundational business guidance to first american entrepreneurs in the early stages of business development.
- Services will focus on basic planning, startup steps, and readiness to launch.
•    One-on-one consultation sessions (up to 2 per client)
•    Assistance with completing a basic business plan (utilizing the free AgPlan online platform)
•    Guidance on startup tasks, such as business structure, EIN, and licensing
•    A short summary report noting progress and next steps
•    Approximately 20-30 clients total, averaging 2-3 per month. 
•    All services must be completed within 60 days of client assignment unless an extension is agreed upon between the agency
•    Manager and the consultant.
