The Vendor is required to provide matter experts to assess the feasibility of civil, geotechnical, and utility work associated with the landscape architectural design.
- Review background documents, existing conditions, and site analysis (landscape, civil, and utilities).
- Develop a draft concept design supported by detailed site analysis and coordination with civil and utility planning.
- Documentation of feedback for incorporation into the drafted concept.
- Quantities and data for landscape, civil and utility components to support high-level costing
- Facilitate recurring core working group meetings (approx. 1 hour each) with university representatives to review design progress and operational considerations.
- They will provide final authority for changes impacting long-term asset value, maintenance, or campus strategy.
- The working group will coordinate day-to-day work, review design for constructability and maintenance, and monitor budget, schedule, and risks.
