Development Support Consulting Services

The Vendor is required to provide engineering development and subdivision support services to the town.
- The Town has been receiving an increasing number of development and subdivision applications in recent years and is now requiring support in the engineering review and acceptance of these applications.
- The Town is looking for professionals who have the capability and experience to provide independent reviews of development files.
- The review of Development Permit (DP) applications will include all detailed design packages along with any required technical documents.
- This timeline is in effect to ensure that the Town is able to meet the required level of service for the entire application process.
- The Consultant must respond to the request within 24 hours, and be able to confirm the ability to start the Work within 5 business days, unless otherwise specified.
