- Digital barcoding technologies may be used to track inventory and improve agency inventory management processes.
- Employ inventory replenishment practices and other supply chain processes that ensure the right parts are received by agency within 24hr to 48hrs of receipt of order.
- Enable advanced reporting that displays real time detailed reporting metrics in the form of a dashboard.
- The capability to procure, analyze and significantly reduce levels of excess/obsolete inventory.
- Provide seamless invoicing, ensuring invoices provide proof of delivery information, usage reports and other documents needed to close out invoices effortlessly.
- Management of inventory levels;
- Monthly purchasing forecasting reports containing: lead times, expected costs, weekly, monthly, and annual breakdowns.
