The Vendor is required to provide to obtain video/media services, on an as-needed basis, from multiple qualified media production companies.
- Provide and be responsible for the following:
• Provide video services to support a variety of county water and power media projects, from pre to post -production.
• Each project will produce and incorporate professional footage as needed, i.e., live-action video, motion graphics/animation, archival, text, photos, etc., to communicate county messaging and meet project goals in an engaging presentation for the intended target audience/s.
• Deliverables to range from short reels to long-form, informational products and be formatted for multiple channels as needed, i.e., social, YouTube, web, television, movie theaters, etc.
• All media projects are to meet project deadlines and align with county brand standards (see county brand standards attached).
• Examples of video services include, but are not limited to:
1.Personnel expertise, i.e., director, videographer, editor, animator, etc.
2.Own or have access to production/post-production studio with full complement of professional portable and studio equipment, e.g., computers, editing software, light kits, microphones, SLR cameras and/or digital cinema cameras, green screen, audio recording instruments, mixers, etc.
3.Strategic development and collaboration, e.g., storyboarding, writing, reviewing/editing.
4.Video captioning and translation (if needed).
5.Post-production expertise, e.g., audio and color correction, sound mixing, editing, and visual effects.

1.Editing, color correction, audio engineering, formatting for different media channels, sound design, etc.
