Advertising Services

The vendor is required to provide employment, upgrading, demotion, transfer, recruitment or recruitment advertising, layoff or termination, rates of pay or other forms of compensation.
• Frequency of Publication (daily, weekly, etc.)
• Percentage of local news carried
• General Circulation (online, home delivery, business delivery, news racks, etc.)
• Ad Rate - Including any additional Fees (Charges for colored artwork, late fees, etc.)
• Schedule/Deadlines to publish legal notices
• Website (if any) – responsiveness of website to mobile devices
• Percentage of recycled content of printed newspaper
• Fiscal integrity.
