The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive public relations and communications services, specifically focused on promoting the upcoming 2025-26 budget vote and related initiatives May 20th. 2025.
- Services include:
• Proposition 1 promotion: develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy to promote proposition 1, the 2025-26 budget vote, scheduled for May 20th, 2025.
• This includes creating and disseminating informational materials to stakeholders, highlighting the key aspects of the budget, and addressing potential concerns.
• Proposition 2 promotion: bus replacement plan.
• Develop and execute a communication strategy to promote proposition 2, focusing on the purchase of standard gasoline and diesel school buses as part of the district's bus replacement plan.
• This should include clear articulation of the benefits and necessity of the plan.
• Proposition 3 promotion: electric bus replacement plan.
• Develop and execute a communication strategy to promote proposition 3, focusing on the purchase of electric school buses as part of the district's bus replacement plan.
• This should include communicating the environmental and cost-saving benefits of electric buses.
• Stakeholder surveys: design, conduct, and analyze surveys of stakeholders (e.g., parents, teachers, community members) to gather feedback on current issues and proposed initiatives, particularly related to the budget and bus replacement plans.
• Provide detailed reports of survey findings.
• Promotional materials: develop and produce a variety of promotional materials, including a budget vote newsletter, informational flyers, brochures, and engaging video content, to effectively communicate key messages to stakeholders.
• Social media management: establish, manage, and maintain an active and engaging social media presence for the district's budget vote and related initiatives.
• This includes creating and posting content, responding to inquiries, and monitoring social media trends.
- A social media content calendar and regular reports on social media engagement.
- Services may be performed remotely and on-site at district facilities as needed for meetings and presentations.
