The Vendor is required to provide marketing or communication firms and/or teams to develop and design marketing materials that will increase community awareness of the comprehensive community services (CCS) program.
- The development of a marketing campaign, as well as creation of digital and print materials, and propose channels for distribution and dissemination of the campaign which would include:
• Comprehensive campaign to inform county residents regarding comprehensive community services (ccs) for adults and youth; need separate recommendations for various age groups-youth vs. adults vs. seniors
• Cohesive and engaging themes that educate, inform and direct individuals to ccs
• Marketing campaign that will employ the following avenues of distribution
• Print media
1. Items for resource fairs and community events
2. Newspaper, magazine placement via articles or advertisement
3. Postcards and mailers of programming messaging to community members and stakeholders (if applicable)
• Digital media
1. Radio, television, or online podcasts to inform community of ccs services
2. Videos of client experiences to be used in marketing
• Social media
1. Curate and monitor social media campaign that
• Informs community of services
• Responsive to community events
• Create consistent themes and talking points that align with overarching marketing plan to be used
• In all printed, digital, and social media campaigns
• Expressed in direct engagement with community stakeholders via presence and participation in community events
• That can be shared across county to individuals, as well as schools, community groups and stakeholders.
