The vendor is required to provide capable of monitoring, collecting, tracking, and categorizing news media mentions about the agency and its work.
- Provide a means for agency personnel to view and analyze statewide, regional, and national media coverage on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis to gauge public perception of agency policies, processes, and employees by monitoring metrics such as sentiment/tone of coverage and volume of stories.
- The selected offeror shall have the ability to monitor traditional and digital news and social media outlets for specific keywords and phrases set by the client/user.
- Listing of media outlets that can be accessed by the offeror.
- Provide onboarding and training for division staff on the use of the product interface, functions, and related tools, as well as support throughout the duration of the subscription.
- Rigorous product interface designed to search regional and national news media sources within specific keyword and timeline parameters set by a user.
- Using search functions, the product would need to provide to users’ customizable industry and competitor insights with metrics for benchmarking
- Ability to conduct social media searches across channels such as twitter, Facebook, YouTube, blogs, etc.
- Tracking and searching of relevant metrics and functions for established keywords in hashtags and captions.
- Search and categorize using various keywords to refine mentions
- Provide daily reports of mentions and related news coverage.
- One initial demonstration, one or more sessions to program keywords, and scheduled personalized trainings would be conducted with live support personnel or provided via video training series on an as-needed basis.
- Ability to conduct social media searches across channels such as twitter, Facebook, YouTube, blogs.
• Ability to search social platforms such as Instagram, forums, review sites, message boards and comment sections.
• Tracking and searching of relevant metrics and functions for established keywords in hashtags and captions.
- Ability for each user to set up and run custom reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, or annual basis that summarize selected metrics to be delivered via email address.
- Generate customized, interactive dashboards and obtain qualitative and quantitative analysis of searches
- Ability to analyze the impact and effectiveness of earned media coverage across different mediums and run year-over-year analysis on campaigns and keywords.
