The vendor is required to provide employment advertising in selected publications and websites, taking full advantage of agency discounts and with contract prices established though university.
- Estimated volume:
• The office of human resources (TU-OHR) talent management unit placed over 250 advertisements during the fiscal year (July 1st through June 30th).
• In addition, the office of the provost placed 25 announcements in the chronicle of higher education. the university guarantees no minimum usage on this contract.
- Schedule and coordination
• The contractor shall provide confirmation of each advertisement request from university representatives within one (1) business day of receipt of email request.
• The contractor shall accept advertisement requests not less one (1) business day prior to the publications and website’s deadline.
• Provide a one (1) business day response time for inquiries, research issues, and other communications from university representatives
• Provide a dedicated point of contact (POC) to the university
• Provide the cost of the advertisement(s) in advance of placement.
• The university will confirm commitment to place the advertisement
• The contractor shall proofread each advertisement for items including, but not limited to, spelling errors, grammatical errors, etc.
• The contractor shall be responsible for coordinating with the university representative on the error(s), and for correcting the error(s) prior to placing the advertisement.
• The contractor will act as a liaison with the publication company and will be responsible for resolving issues, including but not limited to, text errors, missed publication date, pricing, billing, format changes, design layout changes, etc.
• Provide quarterly reports to TU-OHR and the office of the provost identifying contract usage, and publications with whom the contractor has contracted for commissions for placed advertisements.
• Provide the TU-OHR talent management unit and/or the office of the provost with separate invoices for each advertisement placed.
• Provide a report of all faculty positions advertised to the office of the provost, and a report of all other employment advertisements to the TU-OHR talent management unit.
• Provide a copy of each/all publication(s) invoice(s) to the talent management unit or office of the provost.
• Provide suggestions and advice on advertising placement (e.g., publication, header location, layout, etc. to increase and/or enhance visibility).
• The university has the final approval of the recommendation.
