The Vendor is required to provide for photographic services to support the 25th ramble, taking place from August 30 to September 30, 2025.
- Assignments will include travel to and between event locations and likely will require overnight stays.
- Event selection will be coordinated collaboratively between the photographer and agency, with consideration given to weather conditions and potential cancellations.
- Photographers must independently manage their schedules in coordination with event sponsors and agency.
- Certain events may require moderate physical activity, including walking, hiking, cycling, or paddling.
- Agency and event sponsors will not provide equipment for participation; photographers must provide their own equipment when necessary.
• A minimum of 15–20 professionally edited images per event (unless otherwise agreed)
• Drone footage (still images and video), where applicable
• All media files must be delivered within 14 days of each event, or as agreed upon
• Digital files should include:
1. High-resolution print-quality images (PNG format)
2. Web-optimized images (jpeg format, 100 dpi)
3. Clear organization by event name and date.
- Photographers will be credited in all uses.
- Photographers grant agency perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to utilize all submitted media for marketing, promotional, and informational purposes across print and digital platforms.
