- The partner will lead the development of a fully-integrated, multi-channel media strategy that maximizes state reach, impact, and return on investment.
- Media strategy, planning, buying, and optimization: develop and execute media plans that reflect strategic priorities, optimize performance, and adapt to changing consumer behavior.
- Audience targeting: use data and insights to target high-value audiences – travelers, potential movers, and key demographics – more effectively and frequently, increasing brand awareness, visitation, and visitor spending.
- Insight-driven media activation: apply tools, analytics, and expertise to identify actionable insights that inform targeted media placements and media delivery.
- Collaborative messaging strategy: work closely with agency to align media and content strategies, leveraging consumer trends, behavioral data, and social listening to inform timing and message placement.
- Budget efficiency and performance: maximize the impact of state media budget by deploying efficient, high-return strategies across channels.
- Creative thinking beyond traditional media: bring fresh, forward-thinking ideas to the table—exploring innovative formats, platforms, and partnerships that amplify state reach and elevate the brand beyond standard paid placements.
- Media value evaluation: provide robust performance analysis and evaluations of media investments to support ongoing optimization and strategic planning.
