Promotional Items Services

The vendor is required to provide to create a pool of vendors for promotional items and services.
- The contractors shall offer and have promotional items available for purchase and delivery.
- The state to standardize its promotional items, but to provide items that are both interesting and exciting and that clearly communicate and promote the message in relation to the specific agency messages.
- Product quality
• All items must be well made, first quality.
• Items not meeting this specification will not be distributed and will be expected to be credited fully to the agency.
• All items offered by a vendor shall be new and unused in any regard.
- Contract Period/Term: 5 years
