The vendor is required to provide video production, editing and photography services to highlight the ongoing efforts of agency.
1. Video production
• Develop script and storyboard concepts to guide production, ensuring the narrative aligns with agency goals and objectives.
• Secure filming locations and obtain necessary permits with the city of compliance with local regulations.
• Capture high-quality video footage during agency activities, including but not limited to press conferences, community outreach events, training exercises, emergency preparedness campaigns and emergency response efforts.
• Provide professional audio, visual and lighting setups to ensure clear, high-quality recordings.
• Produce documentary-style videos, educational content and emergency preparedness highlights for both internal and public dissemination.
2. Video editing
• Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging and informative video packages as per agency requirements.
• Incorporate graphics, animations and other visual elements as needed.
• Ensure timely delivery of final edited videos with clear, polished, and professional quality. 3. Photography
• Capture high-quality still images of key events, personnel, and activities to complement the video documentation.
• Provide images suitable for press releases, social media, and other promotional materials.
• Edit and retouch photos as required to meet publication standards.
