Photography Services

The vendor is required to provide athletics participants with photography services for all youth sports leagues held within the calendar year.
- The right to monitor all vendor pricing, to prevent patrons being overcharged for photography items.
- Responsibilities of vendor
• Work with department staff to schedule team and individual picture days for each sports program 
• Provide sufficient staffing and equipment to complete all services in a timely manner 
• Deliver picture information forms to the department no later than 14 days prior to picture day 
• Offer a variety of photography packages 
• Collect and account for all money paid for photography packages 
• Return all photography packages to the department for distribution. 
• Vendor may mail packages to families. 
• Must be delivered by the end of the sport season. 
• Provide customers with clear, properly formatted, professional-quality color prints
• Resolve any issues associated with delivered products 
• Provide a report to department within 30 days of the conclusion of the sport season 
• Agree to pay department a set rate of gross sales. 
• To be paid within 30 days of the conclusion of each sport season.
