Strategic Plan TIF Plan and Master Plan Services

The vendor is required to provide from land use planning and municipal consulting firms to facilitate the following: community-wide strategic plan, update of the authority development and tax increment financing (TIF) plan, and update of the village master plan.  
- Authority development and TIF plan will expire December 31, 2026.  
- The village is experiencing rapid population and commercial growth, and recognizes the importance of developing a strategic plan to allow for future anticipated growth and still maintain much of the old village charm, character, and livability. 
- The village council appropriated $100,000 in the current fiscal year 2025/26 budget to initiate a community strategic plan.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
