The vendor is required to provide consultant shall create marketing content that supports the agency goals of driving visitor spending to the region in a responsible, inclusive fashion.
1. development of cohesive visual identity
• Agency to discuss the organization’s tourism priorities and how they might impact design prior to developing visuals.
• Provide information for sustainable and responsible travel originating from the agency facilities as the visitor gateway to, state.
2. Develop SEA signage
• Design advertising campaign(s) and display ads for agency that reflect agency values and promote the agency commitment to destination stewardship and responsible visitation which will capture the nexus of agency and state incredible places, people and things to visit while building visitor awareness paths for existing and new communities which have historically been under-served or under-resourced.
3. Open-ended project content creation
• Developing print or digital advertisements, social media content and graphics, advertorial content.
• Development of video and/or photography of state, or agency visitor attractions and assets.
• Producing educational materials like PowerPoint (or other presentation platform), brochures, maps, and rack cards.
• Producing branded content like table runners, trade booths, pull-up banners, industry items, and sponsored prizes.
• Drafting and finalizing PowerPoint(s) (or other presentation platform) for marketing presentations to the global travel industry.
• Updating previous creative files used by the agency.
