• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Physical Therapist (PT)
• Orientation & Mobility Specialist
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Licensed Registered or Vocational Nurse
• Interpreter for the Deaf/Hard of Hearing

- Perform contracted services to include, but not limited to, visually impaired and orientation and mobility services, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech-language pathology, diagnostician/school psychology evaluation services, itinerant services, language interpreters, sign language services, medical assessment services, and other related services, for the district.
- Therapy materials, supplies, equipment, evaluation kits, and protocols will be provided by the schools. 
- Therapists will have access to network connectivity and printers. 
- Contracting agencies can bill for both direct and indirect treatment time (paperwork, meeting, teacher consultations, etc.). 
- The district does not pay/reimburse for mileage traveling between school campuses. Service provider(s) must clear a criminal background check through district ISD.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
