Strategic Consulting Services

The Vendor is required to provide obtain strategic consulting services for use for the department.
- Provide strategic consulting services to support the department across key areas including organizational planning, facilities development, nil strategy, compliance, donor engagement, public relations, risk management, and student-athlete development.
- Services will include stakeholder interviews, data analysis, and a comprehensive review of existing operations. 
- Based on this assessment, vendor will deliver tailored recommendations, an executive summary report, and an implementation roadmap. 
- Optional services may include nil infrastructure support, capital project advisory, compliance reviews, and fundraising strategy. 
- All work will be conducted in collaboration with department leadership to align with institutional goals and enhance long-term success.
- Contract Period/Term: 5 years
