Strategic Planning and Project Management Services

The vendor is required to provide strategic planning and project management services for include:
• Facilitating design and strategic planning: lead the development of comprehensive program and facility design plans that reflect the city's goals, stakeholder input, and the unique needs of city. 
• Regulatory alignment: ensure all plans and implementation strategies are consistent with applicable state and local regulations, including those required for approval by the city. 
• Project management: oversee timelines, deliverables, budgeting, and interagency coordination to ensure the program is implemented efficiently and effectively. 
• Stakeholder engagement: serve as the primary liaison among partners, fostering collaboration and ensuring transparent communication throughout the life of the project. 
• Monitoring and reporting: develop mechanisms to track progress, assess outcomes, and provide regular status updates to city leadership and external partners.
