- Services include:
• Establish cohesive, modern, and culturally appropriate branding and style guidelines.
• Using WordPress, redesign the agency website for improved UX/UI, accessibility, and cultural relevance.
• Develop and execute integrated advertising campaigns across print, radio, digital, and social media.
• Collaboratively create high-quality content and visual assets using adobe creative cloud to support communications across platforms.
- Branding & style guidelines
1. Conduct a brand audit of current materials and public perception.
2. Engage stakeholders and community representatives to inform brand identity.
3. Develop a culturally grounded brand guide including:
• Logo refinement and alternatives
• Agency color and symbol integration
• Fonts, colors, and layout principles
• Language use
• Voice, tone, and culturally sensitive messaging
4. Deliver print and digital versions of the brand guidelines.

1. Evaluate the current website for structure, usability, and accessibility.
2. Redesign the site to ensure:

1. Develop a multi-channel advertising strategy tailored to communities, including:

2. Collaboratively design, launch, and manage campaigns focused on:
• Behavioral & mental health awareness and observances
• Suicide prevention
• Cultural healing and wellness
• Protective factors and healthy coping mechanisms
3. Monitor campaign performance and provide reports with insights and recommendations.
- Graphic design & content creation
1. Produce consistent, high-quality visual and written content aligned with the new brand.
2. Design materials such as:
• Print: brochures, posters, flyers, newsletters & business cards
• Digital: logos, social media graphics, website banners, presentation & email templates, and videos
• Other print & digital advertisements
3. Video content to include production, editing, dissemination, and project-related assistance
4. Write culturally appropriate copy for:

• Press releases
• Public service announcements (including radio)

5. Create a content calendar for 12 months.
