The Vendor is required to provide on-call professional advertising services for multiple public campaigns including providing guidance on strategy and creative, devising a media plan, and placing, purchasing and tracking advertising on social media, in newspapers, broadcast, movie theaters, and other media.
- Contract are to promote programs and assist with the delivery of information and messaging to target audiences.
- Tasks may include but are not limited to:
• In coordination with the sustainability department, conduct market research and develop a media buy/advertising strategy to meet the needs, goals, budget and timeline of each campaign.
• Coordinate development and placement of the ad buys.
• Work with County to develop and deliver content and advertising material.
• Manage ads and provide run logs and relevant metrics upon campaign completion.
• Provide evaluation of campaign objectives, performance indicators, and metrics, as requested.
• Presentations, meetings, research, and other administrative tasks as agreed upon.
• Other tasks as necessary.
