The vendor is required to provide a web-based customer relationship management system to support fundraising, donor engagement, event management, and reporting needs of both agency and friends of the agency.
• Must be a non-profit focused cloud-based platform accessible by multiple users.
• Donor management, including donor profiles, moves management, membership tracking, and giving history for a database of between 60,000 - 100,000 contacts, with unlimited custom fields for donor information.
• Functionality should also include the ability to set up unlimited fundraising or communication campaigns, peer-to-eer fundraising, pledge recording, recurring donations, batch donation entry.
• Event management functionality for scheduling, registration, attendance, and communications.
• Unlimited customizable online forms for donations, event registration, and other transactions.
• Integrated payment gateway for donation and registration processing.
• Have to be able to integrate with authorize.net.
• Integration with QuickBooks online.
• A communications interface for customizable emails and newsletters that is integrated with email platforms like mail chimp, GovDelivery, etc. and includes functionality for customizable and automated response emails.
• Centralized tracking of revenue from workshops and other fundraising activities.
• Mailing list creation and management across various programs and divisions.
• Robust reporting tools for generating custom and standard reports.
• On-call system support and training for administrative and end users.
