The vendor is required to provide to develop and launch a comprehensive marketing campaign aimed at promoting the district's vision, goals, and ultimately increasing student enrollment.
- Design and production of campaign deliverables
• Create and produce all necessary marketing materials, which may include print items (flyers, posters), digital graphics, video content, and social media assets.
• Maintain brand consistency across all campaign materials and platforms, adhering to the district's branding guidelines.
- Media research, strategy, and planning
• Conduct thorough research to identify target audiences and best platforms to reach them effectively.
• Develop a media strategy that combines traditional and digital platforms, including but not limited to tv, radio, digital ads, and social media.
• Prepare a comprehensive media plan that includes budget allocation, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring success.
- Social media plan development, buying, and execution
• Create a comprehensive social media strategy that focuses on both organic and paid reach.
• Manage the development, buying, and execution of paid advertisements across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and others as determined by the strategy.
• Coordinate content calendars and posting schedules to maximize engagement and awareness.
- Support of enrollment district signature events
• Assist in promoting district signature events that are significant to community engagement and student enrollment.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies specifically designed to drive attendance and participation in these events.
- External expenses for third-party media buys
• Recognize that external expenses related to media buys will be covered, including marketing and media services, flyers, tv, radio, digital, and social advertising.
- Requirements
• Maintain regular communication with the district, providing updates and seeking input on key decisions.
• Make recommendations on ways to maximize impact while minimizing costs associated with the campaign.
• Ensure all developed materials are submitted for district review and approval before finalization.
• Complete all projects within agreed timelines and submit invoices based on completed work and expenses incurred.
• Be available for meetings at the district office for collaboration and updates as determined by the district.
