Promotional Items Services

The Vendor is required to provide promotional item merchandise to enhance our outreach efforts with our clients and staff.
- Provided a broad array of services to people with mental health challenges and developmental disabilities from mental health care, primary care centers, services for veterans and their loved ones, accessible pharmacies, housing, and supportive social services.
- Brand Identity: 
•    All items must prominently feature the agency logo. 
•    Must ensure the logo is displayed clearly and matches the color and fonts provided.
- Design Approval: Must submit design proofs for all promotional items, including the placement of the agency logo, for approval prior to production.
- Sample Submission: Required to send at least three samples of their choosing from the pricing list table for agency review to verify the quality of the products and logo design.
- Quality Control: Must implement quality control measures throughout the manufacturing process to ensure that all items meet the stipulated standards.
