The vendor is required to provide enrollment management for marketing services to increase the number of first-time freshmen, transfer students, graduate students, and online students entering spring 2026 and fall 2026; and to assist university in building sustainable processes for continued success beyond 2026 in both on-ground and online undergraduate and graduate enrollment.
- Provider, performing as an independent contractor, will provide the following services:
• Develop and execute a plan to attract 400 newly enrolled students with a total (all-inclusive) digital marketing budget of $750,000 for fall 2026.
• The 400 new students would come strictly from the independent contractors please break the plan down by:
o Fall 2026:
1. First-time freshmen students
2. Transfer students
3. Graduate and online students
• Include the following marketing strategies, in addition to others the vendor would propose:
o Digital marketing — content, design, placement, and buys
o Search engine optimization
o Payment schedule
• Develop and execute a plan to transition university from its current third-party enrollment marketing firm provider.
