RFP Description

The vendor required to provide digital marketing and communications by planning, managing, optimizing, and reporting on digital marketing campaigns that enhance the college’s visibility, competitiveness, and enrollment performance.
•    Manage digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven optimizations
o    Build audience targeting based on market goals
o    Provide design production support for digital ad campaigns
o    Decipher analytics and provide campaign reports
o    Ensure search engine optimization (SEO) to designated landing pages
•    Work as an extension of state’s marketing and communications department to inspire us to extend our brand and compete effectively in the market
o    Research market opportunities and provide insights into competitors, industry trends and solutions.
- Our annual budget for digital marketing services is as follows:
•    Digital marketing services – up to $46,750
•    Annual digital advertising (media buy) – up to $146,124.
