The Vendor is required to provide applicants to support its program with social and digital marketing, media buys, communications, and outreach services.
- Program conducts outreach and education on a variety of environmental and public health topics to encourage residents to protect their health and the environment.
- Provide social and digital marketing services, media buys, communications, and outreach support for its programs.
- Project and Campaign Support
• Help the County define the objective, goals, budget, target audience, motivators, barriers, key messages, strategies, and call to action for each project or campaign.
• Provide subject-matter guidance on campaign planning and development.
• Implement campaigns according to agreed-upon timelines.
• Track and report measurable results, including engagement and changes in participation or behavior.
- Graphic Design and Media Buying
• Create outreach materials such as flyers, brochures, signs, digital graphics, or other items needed for a project or campaign.
• Recommend the most effective media channels for each project or campaign.
• Coordinate with media vendors and purchase media on behalf of the County. Media may include newspapers, online ads, social media, bus ads, radio, television, community media, and promotional items.
• Reconcile all media costs in a monthly invoice, submitted according to the agreed-upon schedule.
• Provide unlimited revisions until the County determines the deliverables meet project needs.
• Submit all materials for approval before public distribution.
• Follow the County Health Style Guide when producing materials.
• Provide the County with access to all working and final design files and any items purchased on the County’s behalf.
- Communications and Community Outreach
• Assist with staffing virtual or in-person community events or delivering outreach materials.
• Conduct outreach to residents, businesses, and community organizations to promote projects and campaigns.
