The Vendor is required to provide event and production management services in support of the city. - As a result, the City has consistently invested in this celebration as both a tribute to national values and a recognition of the sacrifices made by those in uniform. - The race to the fourth has evolved into more than a single-day event; it is a cornerstone community tradition that combines patriotic ceremonies, recreational activities, live entertainment, and a fireworks finale. - Through continued investment and thoughtful programming, the city ensures that this annual celebration remains a meaningful, accessible, and memorable experience—one that honors the nation’s history, celebrates community resilience, and reinforces city identity as a proud, welcoming, and service-oriented city. - Master Production Schedule • Brand System Design/Conceptual Design • Talent booking windows and announcements. • Permit submission deadlines (City, County, FAA, Fire Marshal). • Marketing campaign launch dates. • Vendor procurement and contracting timelines. • Sponsorship sales interaction points. - Provide a professional parking management team (attendants, supervisors, flaggers) to maximize lot capacity and speed up parking. - Must survey the lots and provide sufficient lighting to ensure safe pedestrian egress to vehicles. - This lighting may need to be temporary light towers if permanent lighting is not available. - Procure and manage a diverse portfolio of "Supplemental Activations" designed to engage attendees across the venue area.
