- Strategic plan development
• Facilitate the creation of a strategic plan that articulates university vision, institutional priorities, and measurable goals.
• Ensure alignment with university mission, board of expectations, and the evolving needs of city.
- Environmental scan and benchmarking
• Conduct a comprehensive environmental scan of internal and external factors influencing university, including demographic, economic, regulatory, and competitive trends.
• Benchmark university against peer institutions and national best practices in higher education to inform recommendations.
- Stakeholder engagement
• Design and implement an inclusive engagement process that incorporates input from faculty, staff, students, alumni, governing boards, community partners, and policy makers.
• Facilitate workshops, surveys, and focus groups to ensure broad participation and transparency
- Data analysis and synthesis
• Review institutional data on enrollment, finances, academic programs, facilities, and workforce.
