Develop a Strategic Plan Services

The Vendor is required to provide to lead a statewide, stakeholder-driven process to organize, draft, and deliver a comprehensive strategic plan for agency.
- The final plan must align with state statutory responsibilities and federal strategic guidance, be supported with data and include measurable implementation steps and reporting commitments.
- Develop and present a detailed work plan, timeline, data collection and stakeholder engagement approach for the creation and implementation of a strategy to respond to homelessness.
