RFP Description

The vendor required to provide marketing should be data-driven and provide clear, results-driven metrics related to KPIs, including social media engagement, event attendance, user satisfaction surveys, and other KPIs identified by this proposal.
- Event marketing services:
•    Support during ideation of events
•    Creation of event identity
•    Graphic design
•    Print production coordination of deliverables
•    Purchasing of goods (billable)
•    Advertising as needed and directed (billable)
•    Creation, installation, and removal of event signage and décor
•    Event photography and documentation
•    Event surveys when directed
- Wayfinding support:
•    Map refinement for handouts
•    Signage edits and installation
•    Coordination with manufacturers when directed
•    Design
•    Electronic sign maintenance when needed
•    Tenant signage when directed
•    Other needed building-wide signage and wayfinding, including banners, special signage, laminates, etc.
- Website support:
•    Creation of event pages (4-8/month, as needed)
•    Blog postings, not including content creation (1-2/month)
•    Update design content as needed (less than 10 hours per year)
- Social media support:
•    Post photo sets (4/month)
•    Respond to analytics and present quarterly
•    Post event promotional materials as needed
•    Work with depot management on strategy and scheduling
•    Synchronize with overall marketing and advertising campaigns as needed
•    Recommend best practices for channels and schedule and respond to data
- Marketing and advertising campaigns:
•    Strategy
•    Timelines
•    Cross-channel promotions
- Miscellaneous and other:
•    Podcast branding support
•    Biannual magazine design, layout, and coordination
•    Coordinate with annual video series producer for graphic design elements
•    Monthly newsletter blast template and monthly curation
•    Monthly check-ins with depot management team
•    Annual planning and strategy meeting with depot management team
•    Occasional coordination with tenants for unified branding efforts (signage, campaigns, and events).
