The Vendor is required to provide this annual event serves as a premier gathering for transportation professionals across the state.
- The event features a wide range of sessions and workshops focused on the latest developments in transportation tools, techniques, technologies, policies, and programs.
- Display and Technical Requirements
o Minimum effective display resolution of 1920x1080 pixels.
o Support for playback of video content at 24fps, 30fps, and 60fps.
o Compatibility with multiple industry-standard video codecs (e.g., H.264, MPEG-4, .MOV).
o Ability to display static images in multiple industry-standard file formats (e.g., JPEG, PNG, BMP).
o Display content without distortion, degradation, or alteration.
o Video switchers or other related AV technology should be able to execute basic transitions (e.g., cross-fades, hard cuts) between content types (e.g., live feeds, slides) without error.
- Physical Installation and Operational Standards
o Vendor is responsible for ensuring all display equipment is free from mechanical faults, including but not limited to (Dead pixels, Color miscalibration, Scan lines or other visible digital artifacts), and capable of continuous, fault-free operation throughout the event.
o Displays must be installed to allow a minimum clearance of 7.5 feet from the stage floor, either by hanging LED panels or adjusting projection angles as appropriate.
o When using multiple displays, the vendor must ensure they can present a single, uninterrupted image across all units for a coherent visual experience.
- Any media provided by Vendor for use during the event (e.g., music, video clips) must be royalty-free, or Vendor must possess adequate licensing and transfer/extend usage rights to agency.
