The vendor required to provide event coordination services include but are not limited to: maternal and child health, child maltreatment prevention, school readiness, domestic violence, family economic self-sufficiency, and coordination and referrals for other community resources and supports.
- Event planning and logistics
1. Pre-event preparation:
• Coordinate with the dot to assure space availability at the center on behalf of the home visiting services unit (HVSU).
• Coordinate technology setup and room arrangements as needed.
2. Event coordination:
• Oversee on-site logistics, including event setup, vendor coordination, and participant support.
• Be available during the event to address any issues or concerns that may arise.
• Does not need to be physically on-site.
3. Post-Event follow-up:
• Provide invoice within 45 days of each meeting.
4. Expense management:
• Process and manage expenses related to event logistics, including venue costs, supplies, and hospitality services.
• Complete payments within six (6) weeks of receiving invoices.
