RFP Description

The vendor required to provide educational and promotional videos services to produce a series of short, high-quality videos designed to inform, engage, and empower the public.
- These videos will be fully compliant with all state and federal law, and will serve as a strategic communication tool to:
•    Educate the public on various agency programs, policies, terminology, and initiatives. 
•    Clarify complex or nuanced educational topics in an accessible and engaging format. 
•    Promote awareness of educational resources and opportunities available to state educators, students, families, and communities. 
•    Highlight initiatives that support and uplift educators, school leaders, administrators, parents, guardians, and school districts across the state.
- Responsible for the end-to-end production of educational video content, including but not limited to:
1. Content development
•    Collaborate with agency staff to identify key topics, messages, and target audiences. 
•    Final determination of content area for production of videos will be in the sole determination of agency. 
•    Translate complex educational policies, programs, and terminology into clear, engaging narratives. 
•    Collaborate with agency to ensure content aligns with agency strategic goals and communication standards.
2. Video production 
•    Produce animated educational videos on an as-requested, rolling basis.
•    Fixed price-per-video that covers all production services (content development, scripting, animation, voiceover, post-production, and delivery). 
•    Videos will average about five minutes in length, with the final length determined by agency based on the topic. 
•    Agency will request videos throughout the contract period; the total number of videos produced will depend on agency needs and budget capacity. 
•    Ensure all videos meet accessibility standards and be delivered in web- and social-media ready formats.
3. Post-Production and delivery
•    Provide editing, sound design, graphics, and branding consistent with agency guidelines.
•    Deliver final videos in formats suitable for web, social media, and broadcast.
•    Provide raw footage and editable project files upon request.
