Production Management Consultant Services

The vendor required to provide production management consultant for the dell music center essence of entertainment summer concert series, as well as all outside promoted events.
- Stage and production oversight
•    Provide full stage and production management for all major concerts and events at the dell. 
•    Oversee all technical and logistical aspects of show production, including sound, lighting, staging, backline, and artist requirements. 
•    Ensure all production elements comply with venue policies, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Union and staff coordination
•    Coordinate and supervise union labor and technical crews as required for each event.
•    Manage staffing levels to ensure efficient operations while meeting production needs.
•    Serve as the primary liaison between the dell and union representatives.
- Artist, client and patron relations
•    Work in a courteous, respectful, and professional manner with artists, artist management, promoters, clients, patrons, and dell staff.
•    Ensure all artist hospitality, technical riders, and contractual production requirements are fulfilled within budgetary guidelines.
- Logistical management
•    Oversee all logistical operations related to event production, including load‑in, sound checks, rehearsals, performance execution, and load‑out.
•    Develop and maintain production schedules, stage plots, and event timelines.
•    Coordinate with dell staff to ensure seamless event execution.
