The Vendor is required to provide revenue-generating transit vehicle and bus shelter advertising services for department.
- The transit advertising program and to maximize the advertising revenues while maintaining the agency’s brand identity.
- The advertising Offeror shall take full responsibility for all aspects of advertising sales. City staff would have no involvement with advertising sales, billing and collecting fees.
- Policy for not for profit organizations and public service advertising.
- Provide all finished advertising material, and will provide personnel for placement on vehicles and shelters.
- Service during May, June and July is limited to eight (8) fixed routes.
- Transportation will notify the Offeror in writing at least 30 days in advance of any increases or reductions to fleet or shelters available for advertising.
- There are also twenty (20) advertising bus shelters.
- Transportation reserves the right to use any other portion of the buses (body on chassis or vans) for its exclusive use for any advertising or promotion or purpose it deems to be in the interests of Transportation.

• Billings for the month
• Collections for the month
• Past due amounts
• Total remaining balances on accounts
