Marketing and Prospectus Development Services

The Vendor is required to provide marketing, communications, and economic development consulting firms to produce a set of high-quality, investor-ready marketing and prospectus documents for two city-owned former brownfield sites located.
- Will be responsible for producing:
•    Comprehensive marketing and prospectus documents including project management, content development, market analysis, graphic design, mapping, and final deliverables. 
•    Also produce a professional one-page marketing brochure for the site.
•    A comprehensive list of prospective developers for each site.
- High-quality graphics and mapping, including:
•    Aerial imagery
•    Parcel maps
•    Regional context maps
•    Infrastructure mapping
- Digital and print-ready formats, including:
•    Editable source files (InDesign, illustrator, etc.)
•    High-resolution pdfs
- Developer targeting list, including:
•    Minimum of five (5) vetted developers per site
•    Rationale for inclusion
•    Contact information (where publicly available)
- Target audience
•    Private developers
•    Site selectors
•    Institutional investors
•    Public funding partners.
