Photography and Videography Services

The Vendor is required to provide photography, videography, drone, and full-service media production services on an as-needed and project-by-project basis to support city-wide marketing, communications, and public engagement initiatives.
- Requirement:
1. Photography services
•    Professional still photography for events, programs, facilities, staff, and community initiatives
•    Portrait, candid, action, and environmental photography
•    Image editing, retouching, and formatting
•    Delivery of high-resolution and web-optimized images
2. Videography services
•    On-site video capture of events, interviews, and city programs
•    Short-form and long-form video production
•    Editing, color correction, sound mixing, and captioning
•    Delivery in formats suitable for web, social media, and broadcast
3. Full-service video production
•    Concept development and creative direction
•    Scriptwriting and storyboarding
•    Production planning and scheduling
•    Filming, directing, and coordination
•    Post-production editing including:
o    Motion graphics
o    Voiceovers
o    Music integration
o    Development of episodic or campaign-based video content
4. Drone photography and videography
•    FAA-compliant aerial photography and videography
•    Licensed drone operation and adherence to all federal regulations
•    Capture of aerial footage for marketing, planning, and promotional use
•    Editing and delivery of aerial media.
