Photography Services

The Vendor is required to provide professional high-quality photography services for the varies departments projects.
- Required to have experience at a minimum in architectural photography, location photography, events, portraits, and digital editing.
- Required to have experience in architectural, property, and location photography for various housing projects. Vendor must also possess experience in portraits, digital editing and shooting at social/ community events.
- Furnish all labor, equipment, software, and materials necessary to complete the required services.
- Provide professional, high quality photography services to support various projects and initiatives of the Agency to include but not limited to the following:
•    Producing professional headshots and group portraits of staff, leadership, partners, and residents
•    Providing coverage of department events, including community meetings, press events, resident programs, ribbon cuttings and agency ceremonies.
•    Photographing agency‑financed properties, construction sites, and renovated units.
•    Maintain backup storage to prevent loss of images.
•    Provide proofs of images within 5 business days of each service or event.
•    Respond to all assignment requests within seventy‑two (72) hours of notification to confirm availability or unavailability. If the contractor confirms availability, they shall proceed with scheduling and coordination as required. If the contractor confirms unavailability, the agency reserves the right to secure photography services from an alternate source for that assignment without penalty and without obligation to offer the assignment to the contractor again.
•    All photographs produced under this contract become the exclusive property of department.
•    Architectural, property, and location photography for housing, real estate, or construction‑related projects.
•    Social and community event photography including public gatherings, resident activities, ribbon‑cuttings, and agency‑sponsored programs.
•    Portrait photography including individual headshots, group photos, and environmental portraits.
