Digital Media Assets and Campus Safety Devices

The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive turnkey program to: (i) acquire, install, operate, sell advertising for, and maintain digital media advertising assets (e.g., outdoor digital billboards, kiosks, media boards, and similar displays) placed at approved locations around university six campus locations; and (ii) install, operate, and maintain campus safety technology devices mounted on state power poles at approved campus locations.
- Digital media advertising assets (signs)
•    Propose a signage plan (type, quantity, size, brightness, orientation, and location) for university review and approval. 
•    Obtain and maintain all required permits and approvals
•    Provide all electrical, telecommunications, and mounting infrastructure required for safe operation. 
•    Operate a content management system to schedule and display advertising and university messaging. 
•    Provide ongoing preventative and corrective maintenance, including vandalism repair and component replacement. 
•    Provide 24x7 monitoring and incident response for outages and safety issues.
- Campus safety devices (devices)
•    Design a device deployment plan (device types, pole placement, mounting details, and power and network connectivity) for university review and approval. 
•    Integrate with university environment to the extent required by university (including camera onboarding, streams, and associated metadata). 
•    Provide a command-and-control and monitoring capability and alerting workflows for authorized university personnel. 
•    Provide ongoing device health monitoring, maintenance, firmware updates, and replacements. 
•    Provide training, documentation, and post-deployment support.
- System architecture and hosting requirements
•    Encrypt data in transit and at rest where applicable.
•    Provide role-based access controls and audit logging.
•    Provide a vulnerability management and patching plan.
•    Provide incident response procedures, including notification timelines to university.
•    Comply with all applicable privacy laws and university policies for video and safety data.
