The Vendor is required to provide library media and digital resources procured under this contract will be used by campus librarians, classroom teachers, instructional coaches, and students from prekindergarten through twelfth grade.

• Compatibility with google workspace for education tools and Microsoft office used by district
• Administrative dashboards allowing district-level management of subscriptions, user access, and usage statistics
• Platforms tested for accessibility compliance with web content accessibility guidelines 2.1 at the aa conformance level
- Streaming video and multimedia educational content
• Curriculum-aligned video content spanning science, social studies, language arts, health, career and technical education, and fine arts
• Educator tools for assigning videos, embedding quizzes, and tracking student engagement within the platform
• Closed captioning on all video content to meet accessibility requirements - rights-cleared content appropriate for public performance and educational display
• Content organized by grade band, subject, and state essential knowledge and skills alignment
• Teacher resource guides and lesson plan integrations accompanying video content where applicable
• Platforms that support classroom display as well as individual student device access
- Learning management system-compatible resources and curriculum supplements
• Resources are available in formats that can be embedded or linked within a learning management system environment
• Interoperability with learning tools interoperability standards to support roster syncing and grade pass back where applicable
• Readiness to work with district technology staff to configure integrations prior to deployment
• Content licensing that permits redistribution within the district's internal instructional platforms without violating copyright restrictions.
