Media Sales Manager Services and Digital Signage Program

The Vendor is required to provide signage market input regarding the implementation of the City’s digital signage program (“Program”) at the Center.
- Provide for a Media Sales Manager (“MSM”) to provide commercial sales and account management services for certain Program assets.
- MSM responsibilities will include:
• Developing and executing a sponsorship and media sales strategy and rate card recommendations;
• Identifying, soliciting, and managing advertisers/sponsors consistent with program restrictions;
• Negotiating sponsorship terms within City-approved parameters and documenting deal terms;
• Coordinating with the City and other stakeholders on inventory availability, content approvals, and installation/production workflows;
• Tracking performance and providing regular reporting on pipeline, sales, gross revenues, and campaign delivery;
• Supporting compliance requirements (e.g., IRS private use constraints, audit-ready revenue reporting, and any required approvals).
• Coordinate with the City as needed to provide ongoing vegetation control and landscape maintenance to enhance and preserve signage visibility.
- Evaluate the competitiveness of financial offers for the Program assets through the collection of relevant data on market comparable, benchmarks at comparable venues, and/or use of valuation methodologies applied to similar assets.
- The signage program is intended to support advertising and sponsorship opportunities while complementing the facility’s civic and visitor-serving role.
- The signage assets are located within a dense media and entertainment district that includes other prominent digital displays and venue-based advertising installations.
- These analyses consider how different categories of events contribute to attendee volumes and hotel demand, and how changes in event mix and capacity may influence overall visitation and economic activity.
