Marketing, Venue Development, Event Recruitment and Brand Coordination Services

Vendor needs to provide comprehensive marketing, venue development, event recruitment, brand coordination, and business development
services for the County Coliseum & Exhibition Cente.
- County seeks a strategic marketing and venue development partner capable of increasing event attendance, enhancing venue visibility, attracting new promoters and event producers,
expanding sponsorship opportunities, increasing utilization of all venue assets, and supporting the long-term growth of the facility.
- Venue Marketing Coordination and Brand Management may include:
• Coordinating with event promoters, producers, tenants, and event marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across Coliseum-controlled marketing channels.
• Reviewing and adapting event-provided marketing materials for use on Coliseum platforms while maintaining the integrity of the event's branding and messaging.
• Maintain venue-wide marketing standards and brand guidelines.
• Managing and coordinating content for Coliseum-owned communication channels, including:
o Website
o Social media platforms
o HIVE: E-mail marketing platform or other platforms that integrate with Etix Ticketing System
o Digital signage
o Marquee messaging
o Venue advertising assets
• Assisting event promoters in maximizing exposure through available Coliseum marketing resources.
• Coordinating promotional calendars and communication schedules across multiple events and facility activities
• Providing recommendations regarding audience development, community engagement, and marketing best practices.
