- Services include:
• Develop a campaign strategy,
• Website audit for accurate and updated information,
• Provide campaign planning and consultation,
• Provide Quarterly Reports and campaign updates as needed
• Serve as the Agency of Record for Early Learning and Childcare marketing and communications initiatives,
• Provide Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) services to improve visibility across traditional search engines and generative AI-powered search and discovery tools,
• Ensure website and digital deliverables support WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance, and
• Provide monthly updates on purchasing, media buys, vendor commitments, production orders, and related expenditures.
• Lead on creative development and design, and
• Manage media buys, media placements, advertisement vendors/subcontractor to produce and manage installation of street level advertising, billboards, bus advertisements, paid social media, video advertisements, programmatic online displays, print collateral, and other advertising to maximize reach to drive enrollment.
Proposals for MKTG-2710 are due by October 27, 2026.
