- Team/Individual Sports Photography Packages — sports photography services offered directly to participating families/parents on a fee-for-service basis, in which the Contractor collects payment directly from parents/guardians for photo packages, and the Department receives no direct payment and makes no payment to the Contractor for this category.
- Department/Event Photography Services — photography services for City/Department-sponsored special events for which the Department will pay the Contractor directly based on an agreed unit price per participant.
Proposals for MKTG-2724 are due by October 22, 2026.
