Marketing and Advertising Services

Vendors to provide advertising services, design, print, publish, and collateral production under the direction of the District’s Communications & Public Relations department.
- The goal is to develop and create tangible collateral to support the District marketing goals as well as place advertisements in print, radio, television, streaming platforms, social media, movie theaters, billboards, and other mediums to amplify the District’s outreach efforts.
- Services on an as needed basis in one or more of the following areas:
• Strategic marketing services (strategic planning, market research, brand development)
• Print (advertising, collateral, direct mail, etc.)
• Promotional products (displays, banners, tabletop displays, promotional items, vehicle decals/wraps)
• Mail preparation and bulk mail services
• Newspaper print advertising
• Social media design
• Digital media design
• Outdoor design / develop / print
• Video / Photography services including commercial production
• Movie Theater advertising
• Develop, create and produce marketing promotional materials
• Event planning, collateral creation, and support for special events
• Placement of advertising in print, radio, television, streaming platforms, social media, and other mediums to amplify the District’s outreach efforts
• Collateral and advertising placement will occur in multiple languages and on platforms that support multiple languages with a guarantee of English and Spanish
• Translation services for print, digital, video, audio, and social media content.
